Application Process
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Apply early! Late applications draw from a smaller pool of available funding.

Complete the online FACTS application.

One application per household.

Separate households must apply individually.
- Most recent 1040 form (2024 or 2025).
- Any supporting tax schedules.
- 2025 W2 or 1099 forms.
- Files are processed as soon as they are fully submitted.

Decisions are sent out regularly.
