Jennifer Groen
Jennifer Groen is a seasoned Jewish communal professional, bringing a great deal of experience and expertise to Kohelet. A graduate of the Day School Leadership Training Institute, Ms. Groen most recently served as the Assistant Head of School for Strategy at the Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy. During the decade she was with Barrack, Ms. Groen was intimately involved in the operational aspects of the school, including strengthening the school’s financial health, significantly increasing enrollment and retention, mobilizing volunteers, managing tuition assistance, and growing institutional advancement. Before her time at Barrack, Ms. Groen worked in the field of Jewish education locally, nationally and in Israel. Ms. Groen earned a Master of Social Work from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Comparative Religions from Muhlenberg College. Currently, Ms. Groen is a Legacy Heritage Fellow and is pursuing her Masters in Jewish Education degree at the Hebrew University.
